By using WorkGeniusAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We've kept this simple and fair – no hidden clauses or gotchas.
Service Tiers
We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Visit our pricing page for current rates and features. Subscription details are subject to change with notice.
Billing & Refunds

Usage Limits
Free tier users have daily usage limits that reset at midnight UTC. A "use" is any user-initiated action that generates content using AI. Automatic features don't count against your limit.
Your Account
You're responsible for your account security. Use a strong password and don't share your credentials. If you notice unauthorized access, let us know immediately.
Acceptable Use
Use WorkGeniusAI for good, not evil. Don't:
- Break any laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our services
- Scrape our content or reverse-engineer our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
Your Content
You own what you create. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we never use it to train AI models. You grant us only the minimum rights needed to provide the service (like storing the documents you save).
Some tools let you create a public share link. Anything you share that way becomes a static snapshot that anyone with the link can view – no sign-in required – until you delete it. Only share content you're comfortable making public, and you're responsible for what you choose to share.
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only what's necessary to provide our services. We never sell your data, use it for training AI, or share it without your consent (except as legally required). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
When you use an AI feature, your input is sent to third-party AI providers so they can generate your result. They process it only to return that result and don't use it to train their models.
Data retention policies vary by subscription tier. If you delete something, it's gone forever (we don't keep secret copies).
WorkGeniusAI and its design are our property. The underlying AI models we use belong to their respective providers. Your content remains yours. Don't use our name or logo without permission.
We provide WorkGeniusAI "as is" and do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that AI outputs will always be accurate. AI can make mistakes, so you're responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before you rely on it.
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or how you use AI-generated content.
If we have a dispute, we'll try to resolve it directly first. If needed, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.
We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
